The superior quality of our litho machines allows us to produce work of the very highest standard. Quality control at every stage of the production process is your assurance of complete satisfaction, ensuring that whatever your message it is powerfully delivered.
The core benefits of litho printing is cost effectiveness. Litho printing is ideal for large quantities of print such as magazines, brochures, booklets, catalogues – things that require print runs in their thousands. The more you print, the cheaper it becomes because the main cost is the set-up or the production of the plate.
If your job has a special colour that does not print out of CMYK, then it would have to print litho. If specific spot [Pantone] colours are required to a high level of accuracy reproduction then litho printing is the best option. Litho also allows for special printing effects such as spot uv varnishing.
There are greater restrictions on the weights of paper that can be run through a digital press. The ranges of stock for Litho presses are wider and generally cheaper than digital print stocks.
‘Quality’ is the most subjective criteria and we use our experience in looking at your design to see which process will give the best printed result. If you have questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
